God IS Faithful
"God Who promised us IS faithful." - Hebrews 10:23
We can feel so much pressure in this world to manifest and produce- to "become" something. Even when it pertains to our faith and spirituality, there is this doctrine taught about us "working our faith" or "giving God something to work with". What a horrible and low quality of life. I think of my own testimony, and there are many times that I had nothing to give God. I couldn't even give God a "yes". I was so downtrodden and in a fog that seemed never ending. The tiredness, the defeat and regression that I saw with my physical eyes and felt within seemed to be louder and more real than anything God could say or any vision He could show me. I couldn't muster up any strength or work a principle, and yet Jesus was still working in me and for me. The Grace of God holds us up even when it appears that we are barely hanging on. Joy seems like a distant memory, and yet the Holy Spirit is still breathing new life. As I'm writing this I saw a vision of a lifeguard giving someone CPR and the person waking up and life flowing through their bodies. God is pumping new life back into our veins.
You don't have to manufacture hope, faith, joy or anything in this world. The Holy Spirit is The One Who will produce all these things and more IN us and FOR us (for free). GOD Who promised us IS faithful. You are not in this life by yourself with God on the other side waving and telling us He'll see us at the end. NO- God is on the same side we are on. God is the Strength and Source of our lives providing us with every good thing we could ever need, long for or desire. No matter how barren it may look and feel right now, no matter how loud the lies and discouragement are, rest assured that Jesus is not only with you and inside of you, but He is also running faster than the wind, jumping over every building and every mountain coming to save you. Rescuing you and producing His eternal life IN you. God will not stop, He does not get weary, He will not let you down, He will make up for it all. God is our undefeated everlasting Champion. He has promised us a body, home and life that was built with His very own Hands. That cannot die, rot or be taken away from. Fear, anxiety, stress and worry are not our destiny. Whatever your pain is, whatever you feel that you don't have, whatever your struggle is or you feel that you need- GOD HIMSELF will supply, provide and be for you. We are the branches, and Jesus is The Vine. Surely He will carry us to the finish line and sustain us all our days. He WHO promised us IS faithful.
"Those who hope, wait and trust in the Lord will not be disgraced, disappointed or put to shame." (1 Peter 2:6, Romans 10:11, Isaiah 45:17)
